Title: LXIII - ELECTIONS Chapter: 661 - VACANCIES AMONG PUBLIC OFFICERS ELECTED AT STATE ELECTIONS
If a vacancy occurs in the office of governor, the vacancy shall be filled as provided in Part II, Article 49 of the state constitution.
