RSA 674:32-d Agritourism Permitted.

Title: LXIV - PLANNING AND ZONING Chapter: 674 - LOCAL LAND USE PLANNING AND REGULATORY POWERS
Agritourism, as defined in RSA 21:34-a, shall not be prohibited on any property where the primary use is for agriculture, subject to RSA 674:32-b, II.
