Chapter: 78-E - PROTECTION OF PRIVATE CUSTOMER INFORMATION AND RIGHTS OF NEW HAMPSHIRE REMOTE SELLERS IN CONNECTION WITH CERTAIN FOREIGN SALES AND USE TAXES
I. In furtherance of the purposes of this chapter, the department of justice shall develop a system providing for voluntary information sharing and collaboration between the department of justice and New Hampshire remote sellers.
II. In collaboration with the department of revenue administration and through such other means as it determines appropriate, the department of justice shall transmit periodic bulletins to businesses located in New Hampshire providing information about the provisions of this chapter and about new developments relating to the collection and remission of sales taxes to foreign taxing jurisdictions and authorities.
