The commission shall report its findings and any recommendations for proposed legislation to the speaker of the house of representatives, the president of the senate, the house clerk, the senate clerk, the governor, and the state library before November 1, 2027. The commission shall inform the secretary of state and the director of the office of legislative services when its report has been submitted.
