RSA 94:1-e Health and Human Services Reorganization; Certain Unclassified Employees.

An employee of the department of health and human services who is appointed to an unclassified position at a lower level as a result of the 1995 department of health and human services reorganization act shall be paid at the same level as such employee was paid prior to the appointment until the pay in the appointed position exceeds the pay the employee was receiving at the time of the appointment.
